Scope

This document stipulates the technical requirements for occupational safety and health, temporary facilities, construction processes, and post-construction stages of overhead transmission lines in high-altitude areas. This document is applicable to the construction of overhead transmission lines in areas with an altitude of 3000m and above. Other high-altitude areas can refer to it.
