This document stipulates the terms and definitions of zero-carbon factory evaluation in the steel industry, zero-carbon factory implementation, evaluation requirements, application and disclosure of evaluation result information, etc. This document is applicable to the establishment and implementation of zero-carbon plants by iron and steel complex enterprises with coking, sintering, pelletizing, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling, etc. as the main processes and the evaluation activities of zero-carbon plants by third-party evaluation agencies.
