Scope

This standard specifies static test methods for the strength of conveyor belt mechanical joints. The joint can be connected using a connecting shaft or without a connecting shaft. This standard does not cover vulcanized joints. This standard applies to the mechanical joints of fabric core laminated conveyor belts and fabric core conveyor belts. This standard does not apply to GB/T398
