This document stipulates the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of soy lecithin-containing soil conditioners. This document applies to soil conditioners containing soybean lecithin made from soybean lecithin as the main raw material and combined with other organic and inorganic functional raw materials.
