This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, detection rules, packaging, storage, transportation and quality certification of asphalt used as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. This document applies to asphalt products produced through appropriate processes using coal pitch and aromatic hydrocarbon-containing petroleum heavy oil as raw materials. This product is mainly used as raw material for lithium-ion battery negative electrode materials, and can also be used as binder asphalt for cold ramming paste, magnesia carbon bricks and three-high graphite.
