Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the smoothness of foaming and wrinkling on the surface of woolen fabrics after being soaked in water, dried naturally, ironed and balanced. This standard applies to pure wool, wool blended and wool-type chemical fiber fabrics for combing clothing and decoration.
