Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for pentane blowing agents, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to pentane foaming agents obtained by fractionation and purification of pentane-containing raw materials. This product is mainly used as a foaming agent in the production process of expandable polystyrene and soft polyurethane.
