Scope

This document clarifies the overall principles, process, scope, environment and guidelines for power enterprise supply chain compliance risk management, and provides guidelines for supply chain compliance risk assessment, response, inspection and supervision, communication and recording. This document applies to compliance management activities carried out by power companies of all types and sizes in all links of the supply chain.
