The scope of this article includes verifying whether the design of the nuclear power plant meets the safety management requirements, main technical requirements, and nuclear power plant design and operation requirements given by nuclear and radiation safety regulations. This document is applicable to the verification and calculation of the safety review design extended conditions during the design and operation of nuclear power plants. The verification and calculation of research reactors and other nuclear facilities can be implemented with reference. This document stipulates the principles, selection of calculation content, determination of data requirements, description of calculation software and models, model construction, result analysis and conclusions involved in the design extended working condition verification calculation process.
