Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, energy efficiency grade classification, test conditions, test methods, inspection rules and energy efficiency grade labeling of commercial gas stoves. This standard applies to large cooking gas cookers, swing soup (frying) pots, and gas steamers with a single burner rated heat load not exceeding 80kW; Chinese gas cooking stoves with a single burner rated heat load not exceeding 60kW; single burner Gas-fired short stoves and short soup stoves with a rated heat load of 10kW to 40kW and gas-fired clay ovens and flat-top stoves with a single burner burner with a rated heat load of no more than 10kW. Other types of commercial gas stoves and stoves using liquid fuel should follow this guide.
