- This document specifies the technical requirements, management requirements and related requirements for the fixed-point liquid discharge information management system (hereinafter referred to as the management system) of a small liquefied petroleum gas (commercial propane) truck tanker with a liquid discharge pump (hereinafter referred to as a tanker with a pump). This document is applicable to the information management of fixed-point unloading of liquid by pump tank trucks to authorized small liquefied petroleum gas (commercial propane) storage tanks (hereinafter referred to as small storage tanks).
