This standard specifies the atomic fluorescence method for the determination of mercury, arsenic, selenium, bismuth and antimony in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of the dissolved state and total amount of mercury, arsenic, selenium, bismuth and antimony in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. The detection limit of mercury in this standard method is 0.04 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.16 μg/L; the detection limit of arsenic is 0.3 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 1.2 μg/L; the detection limit of selenium is 0.4 μg/L. L, the lower limit of determination is 1.6 μg/L; the detection limit of bismuth and antimony is 0.2 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.8 μg/L.
