This standard specifies the classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of liquid detergents for clothing. This standard applies to liquid detergent products for clothing that are formulated with various surfactants and auxiliaries and used for cleaning and decontamination of fabrics. This standard does not include silk wool detergents and clothing collar pre-wash products, and is not applicable to non-washable products.
