Scope

This document specifies the calculation method, test conditions, test methods, estimation error test methods and inspection rules for health status evaluation indicators of power batteries for electric vehicles. This document applies to lithium-ion power battery cells, systems and management systems for electric vehicles. Other types of power batteries and their management systems can be implemented with reference.
