This standard applies to all sewage discharge units that discharge water pollutants within the jurisdiction of Xiamen City; the emission standards of the industries involved in this standard (textile printing and dyeing, manufacturing of synthetic fiber monomers (polymers), electronics industry (cleaning)) are consistent with those of national or local industries. Water pollutant discharge standards are not cross-implemented and should be strictly implemented according to the scope of application; for other industries with national or local industry emission standards (except textile printing and dyeing, manufacturing of synthetic fiber monomers (polymers), and the electronics industry (cleaning)) Its scope of application is implemented. This standard applies to the discharge management of water pollutants from existing units, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection, and the discharge management after production. Contents and requirements not specified in this standard shall still apply to the current corresponding standards.
