DBS45/ 052-2018 Food Safety Local Standard Flavored Olives DBS45/ 052-2018 Food Safety Local Standard Flavored Olives This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, food additives, production and processing process hygienic requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, Labeling, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life. This standard applies to ready-to-eat flavored olives made from yellow olives as raw materials, with the addition of edible salt, with or without the addition of edible vegetable oil, other seasoning accessories, and food additives. The raw materials are processed through pretreatment, pickling, seasoning, packaging and other main processes.
