Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 10 mycotoxins (see Appendix A and Appendix D) including deoxynivalenol (DON) in cereals. This standard applies to deoxynivalenol toxins (DON, 15A-DON, 3A-DON), aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2), fumonisins (FB1, Determination of FB2) and zearalenone (ZEA) residues. The detection limit of the method is 0.0002~1.0 mg/kg.
