4. General The development, production, sales, import and export of software products must comply with my country’s relevant laws, regulations and standards. Any software product containing the following content will not be accepted for evaluation: a) infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; b) contains computer viruses; c) may endanger the security of the computer system; d) does not comply with my country's software standards; e) contains legal, Content prohibited by administrative regulations and other matters. 5 Software product requirements 5.1 Software product production a) The development and production of software products should comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, and comply with the relevant national technical and safety standards; b) The software products produced by the software product production unit should be copyrighted or owned by the unit.
