This document specifies the materials, design, safety accessories, instruments and loading and unloading accessories, test methods, and usage management of mobile large-capacity (single module hydrogen storage capacity is not more than 1500kg) magnesium-based solid hydrogen storage devices (hereinafter referred to as: hydrogen storage devices) and basic requirements for hydrogen charging/discharging operations.
