Scope

This document describes the determination of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D5) in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Test method for residual amount of siloxane (D6). This document applies to all types of textiles.
