Online monitoring technology for liquor production temperature plays an important role in ensuring product quality and food safety. Using an Internet of Things thermometer as a monitoring device, this article proposes a set of technical requirements and usage procedures group standards for online monitoring equipment for liquor production cellar temperatures that comply with industry standards, in order to promote the widespread application and promotion of this technology in liquor production.
