Scope

This regulation stipulates the technical requirements for land preparation, cultivation technology, field management, harvesting and processing, and feed quality identification of mixed cultivation of triticosecale Wittmack and Vicia Sativa L. in alpine pastoral areas. This procedure is applicable to the mixed planting and utilization of triticale and arrow peas in areas below 4000m altitude.
