Scope

This standard defines the general principles and technical requirements for the early warning function of wind turbines, including the definition and technical requirements of early warning, system functions, and technical requirements. This standard applies to horizontal axis wind turbines with a single unit capacity greater than or equal to 1.0MW. Other wind turbines can be used as reference according to their own characteristics.
