Scope

This document specifies the handover test items and requirements for flexible DC grid (hereinafter referred to as "flexible DC grid") substation equipment. This document is applicable to the handover test of flexible and direct power grid substation equipment with voltage levels of ±100kV and above. Other voltage levels shall be implemented accordingly.
