- This standard specifies the spectrophotometric detection method of lutein content in feed, reagents and solutions, instruments and equipment, preparation of sample solutions, chromatographic separation, determination, and result calculation. This standard is applicable to the determination of lutein content in single feed, concentrated feed, compound additive premix, and natural lutein additive premix. The quantitative limit of this standard is 0.5mg/kg.
