Transfer the etching waste liquid, mainly copper nitrate, to the steel-lined plastic-lined glass-lined reactor through a centrifugal pump. Start stirring and slowly add wet copper oxide to neutralize the free nitric acid in the solution until the pH value of the solution is reduced to 2.0. Stop feeding after ~3.0 (this process takes 1.5 hours), and then transport the material liquid through a centrifugal pump to a filter press for filtering and removing impurities. The permeate liquid is collected into a glass-lined reactor for evaporation, concentration, cooling, and crystallization. After being filtered by a centrifuge, copper nitrate is obtained. The mother liquor is collected in the mother liquor tank and transported to the transfer barrel through a centrifugal pump for use in the next batch. After three-stage absorption, the evaporated condensate water is neutralized with calcium oxide to obtain a calcium nitrate solution. After the solution is treated with a nanofiltration membrane, the concentrated water is evaporated, concentrated, cooled, and crystallized to recover the calcium nitrate. The fresh water is desewage treated and discharged after meeting the standards.
