Use alkaline extraction solution (the volume ratio of acetonitrile, water and triethylamine is 40:60:1) to ultrasonically extract the fluorescent whitening agent in the cosmetic packaging material sample, filter it through qualitative filter paper, and put the filtrate into a colorimetric tube. In the UV analyzer with a wavelength of 365nm, observe whether the sample filtrate has fluorescence phenomenon, so as to determine whether there is a migrating fluorescent whitening agent in the sample.
