Scope: 1.1 This test method measures cut resistance of garments and devices worn to protect the lower body (legs) when operating a chainsaw.2 1.2 This test method may be used to test for compliance to minimum performance requirements in established safety standards. 1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard.
