This document stipulates the terms and definitions of energy consumption limits per unit product of ductile iron pipes, energy consumption limits per unit product, technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods, and energy-saving measures. This document is applicable to the calculation and evaluation of unit product energy consumption of ductile iron pipes produced using a blast furnace (or cupola) and electric furnace double smelting method, as well as the energy consumption control of new equipment.
