- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitments of bicycle lights with LED as light source (hereinafter referred to as bicycle lights). This standard is applicable to general-purpose bicycle LED lighting fixtures such as ordinary bicycles, light bicycles, sports bicycles and electric bicycles, which are powered by disposable batteries or battery packs, rechargeable batteries or battery packs with a nominal voltage of no more than 48V.
