This document specifies the method for the determination of tryptophan in agricultural products of plant origin. This document is applicable to the determination of tryptophan in plant-derived agricultural products such as shiitake mushrooms, fungus, enoki mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms in soybeans, rice, corn, wheat flour and edible fungi.
