- This standard specifies yttrium (Y), lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce), praseodymium (Pr), neodymium (Nd), samarium (Sm), europium (Eu), gadolinium (Gd), and terbium (Tb) in seawater , dysprosium (Dy), holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), thulium (Tm), ytterbium (Yb), lutetium (Lu) and other 15 rare earth elements using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of 15 rare earth elements in estuaries and coastal seawater. Please refer to Appendix A for the method detection limits of this standard.
