- This standard specifies a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil and sediments. This standard is applicable to the determination of 23 organochlorine pesticides in soil and sediments. The target substances include: α-666, hexachlorobenzene, β-666, γ-666, δ-666, 7 Chlorine, aldrin, heptachlor epoxide, α-chlordane, α-endosulfan, γ-chlordane, dieldrin, p,p'-DDE, endrin, β-endosulfan, p, p'-DDD, endosulfan sulfate, endrin aldehyde, o,p'-DDT, endrin ketone, p,p'-DDT, methoxychlor, mirex. After verification, other organochlorine pesticides can also be applied to this standard. When the sampling amount is 20.0g and the concentration volume is 1.0 ml, the full scan method is used for determination. The detection limit of the method is 0.02 mg/kg~0.09 mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 0.08 mg/kg~0.36 mg. /kg. See Appendix A for details.
