Scope
This standard specifies methods for the determination of available arsenic in acidic soil using sodium dihydrogen phosphate extraction-atomic fluorescence method and for the determination of available mercury in acidic soil using thioglycolic acid-disodium hydrogen phosphate extraction-atomic fluorescence method. This method is suitable for acidic soil with pH < 6.5, and soil with pH 6.5 ~ pH 7.0 can also be used as a reference. The effective detection limit of arsenic is 0.007 mg/kg, and the effective detection limit of mercury is 0.001 mg/kg.
