Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the safe production of woody edible fungi, including quality and safety requirements, cultivation site requirements, input requirements, cultivation management, pest and disease prevention and control, harvest and production records, etc. This standard is applicable to the safe production of 7 types of woody edible fungi, including shiitake mushrooms, Pleurotus pleurotus, white-backed fungus, tea tree mushrooms, Hericium erinaceus, enoki mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms in natural seasons. Other woody edible fungi can learn from this.
