This standard proposes the basic process and cost calculation methods for data governance cost estimation. Through the formulation of this standard, data governance cost measurement specifications are proposed. The specific contents include: a) Data governance units conduct data governance project budgets and cost estimates of self-research or outsourced services; b) Data governance service units conduct data governance project bidding. Quotation estimate; c) Data governance unit and data governance service unit conduct cost analysis of data governance projects.
