Scope

This document specifies the method for detecting drug resistance of bacteria originating from livestock and poultry using the disk diffusion method. This document is applicable to the disk diffusion method for detection of drug resistance of Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Enterococcus and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from livestock and poultry and their products.
