- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging and storage and quality commitments of motors used in swimming pool underwater cleaning robots. This standard is applicable to electric motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) for swimming pool underwater cleaning robots driven by permanent magnet DC motors powered by energy storage batteries or plug-in conversion power supplies, with or without gear reduction.
