Scope

This document stipulates the technical requirements for translation systems for Chinese blind people in the application of artificial intelligence chips, including requirements for input/output, service interfaces, functional module settings, performance indicators, etc. This document is applicable to the deployment, testing and application of Chinese blind translation systems on smart chips.
