Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements, configuration principles, and setting calculations for the configuration and setting of automatic high-frequency cut-off generator sets in power systems, as well as the coordination and configuration principles with unit high-frequency protection and turbine overspeed protection. This document is applicable to high-frequency control of large power grids, as well as high-frequency control of isolated power grids detached from the main grid after an accident. Transmission-type local power grids and enterprise power grids with self-provided power plants can refer to this implementation.
