- This standard applies to the classification operations of domestic waste in residential areas in Shenzhen. Domestic waste classification operations in government agencies, enterprises, institutions and public places can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to construction waste, dead livestock and poultry, hazardous waste, general industrial solid waste, and domestic waste in areas controlled by public health emergencies.
