- This document stipulates the scope of industrial park (concentrated area) security risk assessment, normative reference documents, terms and definitions, overall requirements and assessment purposes, security risk assessment procedures, security risk assessment reports and other basic requirements. This document is applicable to industrial parks (concentration areas) formed mainly by industrial enterprises within the administrative region of Sichuan Province, including park safety risk assessments during the planning, construction, reconstruction, expansion and completion stages. The safety of chemical industry parks (concentration areas) Risk assessment does not apply to this document. If laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.
