Scope

This document specifies the liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry screening method for 540 pesticide residues in plant-derived foods (see Appendix A for details). This document is applicable to the qualitative screening and determination of 540 pesticides in plant-derived foods such as vegetables, fruits, edible fungi, tea, spices, grains, oils, nuts, dried vegetables, dried fruits, dried edible fungi and vegetable oils.
