- This document is based on the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to strengthen the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution in farmland soil, protect the farmland ecological environment, standardize the preparation of farmland soil heavy metal pollution remediation plans, and provide guidance to relevant groups.
