Scope

The quality classification of pulleys is evaluated based on five aspects: pulley base material performance, appearance quality, surface hardness, surface roughness, and geometric tolerance. It is divided into 3 levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Based on the test items and the comprehensive judgment method, the comprehensive quality score of the pulley is calculated and the grade is judged.
