DB21/ 2392-2014 Local food safety standard for ready-to-eat sea cucumbers DB21/ 2392-2014 Local food safety standard for ready-to-eat sea cucumbers This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ready-to-eat sea cucumbers. This standard applies to ready-to-eat sea cucumbers made from fresh sea cucumbers and salted sea cucumbers as raw materials and processed through pretreatment, watering (or not watering), flavoring (or not flavoring), packaging, sterilization and other processes (excluding those that do not use Sea cucumber products using terminal sterilization process).
