Scope

This standard specifies the testing items, testing requirements and testing methods for the online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis functions of smart substation relay protection devices and their secondary circuits. This standard is applicable to the detection of online monitoring and intelligent diagnostic functions in newly built, renovated (expanded) smart substations with voltage levels of 110kV (66kV) and above.
