- This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method and positive verification method for the migration of 3,3-bis(3-methyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-indolone in food-contact plastic packaging materials and products. This standard is applicable to the determination and verification of the migration amount of 3,3-bis(3-methyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-indolone in plastic packaging materials and products in contact with food. The detection limit of this method for 3,3-bis(3-methyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-indolone in food simulants is 0.18 mg/kg.
