This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods, energy-saving management and technical guidance for the energy consumption per unit product of knitted fabrics (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) of knitting printing and dyeing enterprises. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of knitted fabric manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai (excluding silk, wool and linen and other products), as well as the energy consumption control of new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
