Scope: This document specifies the general requirements, distribution and quantity, general requirements, categories and assessments of the quality of tourist toilets. This document is applicable to public toilets mainly serving tourists in tourist activity areas and places such as tourist attractions, scenic roads, tourist resorts, tourist blocks, tourist distribution centers, and rural tourist spots. Refer to public toilets in public cultural places such as public libraries, cultural centers (stations), art galleries, and museums.
